1. What is Tryg Wear?
Tryg Wear is a premium streetwear brand designed for bold individuals who live with purpose. From car-culture-inspired designs to minimal urban fits, we create pieces that let you wear your legacy.

2. How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide available on each product page. If you're between sizes, go one size up for an oversized fit, or your usual size for a regular fit.

3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within Pakistan. International shipping will be available soon. Stay connected through our social media and newsletter for updates.

4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After shipping, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days depending on your location.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Check our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payment options will be available soon.

7. My order is delayed—what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived in the expected timeframe, please reach out to us through the Contact page. Our support team will assist you.

8. Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items are limited edition and may not be restocked. Others might return based on demand. Follow us on Instagram or join our newsletter for restock updates.

9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order enters processing and can’t be cancelled.
